Cancellation Policy

Training: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Missed sessions are not refundable. 

Check-ins/Overnight stay: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
